Dr. Charbel Nassar

Dr. Charbel Nassar, head of our Intellectual Property Department who has got his law degree from the Lebanese University-Filière Francophone de Droit, with honors of course, before heading to Montpellier, France, where he completed masters in Intellectual Property from the First University of Montpellier. It was also in the French city of Montpellier that Dr. Nassar obtained his PHD, which thesis was focused on the creations made by employees in the Arab world. It is noteworthy that all of Dr. Nassar's higher degrees and education were covered by the AUF, and the French Embassy's scholarships.
Dr. Nassar became a partner at Hajj and Kanaan in 2016 and is also a member of the Lebanese University's faculty of Law corps, where he teaches several courses including, among others, Banking Law, Arbitration and Software Law in English, French and Arabic.
