Attorney Wissam Sidani, also a senior associate and one of our Firm's pillars, heads and manages the litigation department; and is only be considered as a highly qualified lawyer with an outstanding experience in various law domains and an accumulated experience in expropriation, labor law, real estate, personal status and derivatives litigation. Attorney Sidani handled numerous litigation matters and drafted many submissions presented to the courts in various legal cases. He holds a LLB degree from the Beirut Arab University and has been a member of BBA since 1999.
