Attorney Mohammed Fayez El-Hajj is the founding and managing partner of Hajj and Kanaan Law Firm. Mr. Mohammed graduated from the Lebanese University with a LLB year 1999 and joined the Beirut Bar Association ever since. During his years of practice, he managed to specialise in Aviation Law where he was able to develop an entire department dealing with all legal aspects related to this particular field. Besides his experience in Aviation Law, Mr. Mohammed is co-managing the Business & corporate Department at Hajj and Kanaan where his practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, incorporation of new companies, company's restrucurting, etc. Mr. Mohammed is in possession of distinct experience in various areas of practice where he endeavours to invest this well-acquired experience at the interest of his foundation he cofounded and the law industry as a whole.
